7726 is an intelligent power chip for wireless charging. The chip integrates the driver and four high-efficiency power-level field effect transistors, and has built-in bootstrap high-voltage PMOS and built-in 5V/50mA LDO, which has adaptive dead-time function. The chip also integrates the functions of undervoltage protection, overtemperature protection and output short circuit protection. The core is packaged with QFNFC3×3 and SOP8-PP, and the heat dissipation performance is improved by heat sink at the bottom.
